Basketball sign ups will be held on Saturday, October 8th, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM in the Municipal Center Resource Room. A second day of sign ups will be held on Monday, October 10th, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in the Municipal Center Gym. If you can not make one of those dates, a sign up form can be downloaded from this website. The cost is $75 for one child / $100 for two children / $115 for three or more children. ...

All volunteers for Douglas Basketball are required by state law to fill out a CORI (Criminal Offender Records Information) Form in order to be considered as a coach, assistant coach or volunteer.
